Christmas Display Solutions was established in 2012 and is now one of Australia’s leading suppliers of creative and customised commercial Christmas displays. The business operates out of offices in three states and in addition has warehouse facilities around Australia which store product and client decorations. We offer a complete turn key Christmas display solution.

Our core team includes in-house designers with extensive interior and product design capability including sustainable design, a diverse multi-skilled team of creatives, fabricators and decorators, experienced project managers and installers, and a highly competent compliance and administrative team.

Founded the business in 2012. Brings a wealth of senior management experience from government, public and private sectors including 10 years as a management and marketing consultant for many of Australia’s largest companies. With an early background in fine arts, Colin is passionate about design and quality and is well placed to lead the team and guide the steady growth of the business.

He has been CFO and Company Secretary of a number of corporations and more recently COO, CFO and CEO of ASX and NASDAQ listed companies ranging in market capitalisation from $30m to $600m. Paul’s expertise ensures we align our growth strategies with financial capacity and appropriate governance and risk management.

A highly skilled and experienced hands-on artisan who joined the business more than 6 years ago. Donna has worked in all areas of the business from making to installing. With strong fabrication skills and knowledge of materials, as well as attention to detail, Donna ensures her team of decorators and fabricators deliver product to the highest standards and to deadline.

A highly experienced marketer with over 10 years’ experience in the retail industry. After completing her BCOM, Monique embarked on an extensive career primarily in shopping centres. Her valuable skill set includes a wealth of knowledge in delivering Christmas activations and an in-depth understanding of the client journey. She is passionate about working with our clients to deliver their vision, enhance stakeholder experiences and strengthen their brands.

Alistair brings a wealth of diverse expertise to the team, ranging from making sets and props for feature films to custom painting and graphic design. His qualifications include Audio Visual Technology and Graphic Design, all of which has seen him work in a number of areas of the business over the years. With a strong understanding of fabrication and installation, Alistair ensures our client’s projects are brought to life and installed to the highest standards.

With a Bachelor of Interior Design (Hons) degree, Jessie has over 4 years of architectural and interior design experience. She has had a variety of project exposure, working on Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality and Commercial projects. Through CDS, Jessie fully embraces the joy of Christmas, all year round. She takes pride in putting her clients first and with her excitement, comes a strong drive to celebrate both the client, and Christmas, with every concept.

Eddie’s journey in construction started with a Bachelor in Design and post grad in Project Management. His vaste experience ranges from concept to design, drafting, planning, working drawings, production and strategically recruiting teams to manage installs to the highest standard. At CDS, Eddie brings his expertise to oversee client installations and driving each project to ensure the highest standard of quality and safety.
